Alpha Home Services was founded to provide Central Kentucky homeowners, HOA communities, and commercial properties with a single, reliable company capable of handling the full range of property services and technology needs — done right, by people who actually know what they’re doing.
Our team brings together 20+ years in the electrical trade, hands-on commercial construction backgrounds spanning rough-in through final trim, and dedicated security and low-voltage installation expertise. That combination means we can handle the full scope of a job — from running conduit and pulling wire to configuring an NVR for remote access or programming a Lutron lighting system.
